Weekly Weigh-In: .6 pounds lost

Start: 327 lbs.
Last week: 243.2 lbs.
This week: 242.6 lbs.
Change: -0.6 lbs.
Total Change: -84.4 lbs

I’m kind of at a loss here. I did everything right this week. I ran every morning, ate well, and even went to the gym yesterday. Running is not my normal routine, so it’s not like my body should have been used to it.  I don’t know. I guess we’ll see how next week goes.

It’s been a bad morning. I barely ran this morning since when I got halfway through the first 1.5 mile loop my left leg (the one with the bad knee) starting hurting pretty bad so I stopped and walked the rest of the way.  It was okay after a little bit, but still. Not a good way to start the day.

Flying south in the early AM tomorrow. California has been good to my weight loss efforts so far, so let’s see what she can do for me for a week! Hopefully the holiday eating doesn’t set me too far back.

Pre-Cruise Weigh-In: .6 pounds lost

Start: 327 lbs.
Last week: 254.6 lbs.
This week: 254.0 lbs.
Change: -0.6 lbs.
Total Change: -73.0 lbs

It’s not a lot, but it’s still losing. Off to get the party started! (Boy is it early…)

Weekly Weigh-In: 1.2 pounds lost

Start: 327 lbs.
Last week: 255.8 lbs.
This week: 254.6 lbs.
Change: -1.2 lbs.
Total Change: -72.4 lbs

Still losing! This week I struggled a lot with eating. For whatever reason, I was hungry all the time. And I gave into those cravings a little bit. It sucks because I’ve reached a point now where I can’t really cheat on the eating part anymore. Oh well, still going strong at least!

Next week is the big trip to Mexico via international waters. I leave very early Friday and get back very late on Monday. I’m not 100% sure when I will do my weigh-in for next week. Probably Friday morning, but we’ll see.

I’ve been a little busy as of late, so I haven’t been able to do much in the way of posting. Hopefully that changes next month!

This week: 258.6 lbs.
Change: -1.8 lbs. lbs.
Total Change: -68.4 lbs

Finally made it to the 250s! Still losing at a steady pace, and I’m hoping to pick it up here soon.  I’ve got two more weigh-ins until my cruise to Mexico in which to record some big losses.  This week has pretty much been more of the same.  I haven’t yet made yoga a habit, but we’ll get there eventually.  As long as I’m still shedding pounds I know I can do it.

I should also point out that it’s September 11th and that it’s been ten years since the Twin Towers fell.  Time sure has flown by.

Weekly Weigh-In: Sign of the devil?

Start: 327 lbs.

This week: 260.4 lbs.
Change: -0.8 lbs. lbs.
Total Change: -66.6 lbs

I wonder if I should be worried that my total weight loss is 66.6 (aka pretty close to the sign of the devil). It’s a good thing I’m not too superstitious.

I really thought I was going to break into the 250s this week.  It was looking like I was heading towards it all week and I had some good weigh-ins during the week that seemed to point in that direction.  However, it’s always about what happened last and last night my beloved Ducks dropped their first game to LSU.  Which has nothing to do with my weight loss except for the fact that I ate a bunch of snacks and went out for frozen yogurt afterwards.  Which I thought I had walked off but apparently not.

My buddy Greg pointed out to me in last week’s weigh-in that I need to switch it up a little bit to start getting better results again.  Going to the gym is a little difficult because it’s still on summer schedule until the undergrads get back, and the times I tend to go are during times they’re closed at the moment.  I did get a yoga starter kit for my birthday (thanks Aila!) which I got out once already and I want to figure out how to work into my daily routine.  I just have to make it a habit like I’ve done with walking.

Back in Oregon Weigh-In: .8 pounds lost

Start: 327 lbs.
Last week: 263.4 lbs.
This week: 262.6 lbs.
Change: -0.8 lbs. lbs.
Total Change: -64.4 lbs.

And I’m back in Eugene.  Still losing, but I’ve slowed down a bit these last couple weeks.  I’m not too worried.  This was a transition week, meaning I didn’t get much walking in, and I didn’t eat as well as I could have.  Going forward should be much better.

Last California Weigh-In: 1.2 pounds lost

Start: 327 lbs.
Last week: 264.6 lbs.
This week:  263.4 lbs.
Change: -1.2 lbs. lbs.
Total Change: -63.6 lbs.

It’s a little slow moving in the 260s apparently.  I actually considered weighing in yesterday morning because I knew I’d be doing a few eating-intensive activities, but I figured I shouldn’t try to manipulate the weigh-in so blatantly… 🙂  I didn’t do too bad eating-wise, but I did have one more beer than I meant to.  But hey, what’s the point if you can’t have an extra beer every now and then!
