Weigh-In Sunday

Start: 327 lbs.
Last week: 319.8 lbs.
This week: 318.0 lbs.
Change: -1.8 lbs.
Total Change: -9.0 lbs.

So far, so good.  I actually cracked 317 earlier in the week (I generally weigh myself every day in order to keep up with my progress), but I ended up eating out twice this week, which took its toll.  The first night I think I did okay in not overindulging, but the second night there was pizza on the menu and I couldn’t resist!  It will be a continual struggle for me to eat healthy when going out.

I’ve also been pretty good about exercising.  I either spend a half hour on the Wii or a half hour walk each day.  I credit that effort with the good results this week, and the fact I still managed to lose after overindulging myself two nights in a row!
