Last week: 318.0 lbs.
This week: 315.0 lbs.
Change: -3.0 lbs.
Total Change: -12.0 lbs.


Bam! I am ahead of schedule. This week was really good–I’ve been maintaining the Weightwatchers diet pretty well.  The few times I went outside it with a meal I counteracted by having smaller meals the rest of the day. I’ve also been eating earlier dinners, which I think is a good thing because it gives the body more time to process the food before I turn into a dead log when I sleep.

I’ve also kept up exercising every day this week.  I’ve either walked or wii’d each day.  Twice I even did both, which is part of why I think I did so well this week.  I think I was motivated because I knew I would splurge later today during the Superbowl, so doing good this week was to counteract what I suspect will be a poor start this week.
