Last week: 315.0 lbs.
This week: 311.0 lbs.
Change: -4.0 lbs.
Total Change: -16.0 lbs.

Two weeks in a row of big losses.  I’m not sure what it is, I’m just plugging along!  Keeping up with exercising and the diet.  I think the result of the big weight loss numbers is the combination of exercising everyday and also generally not meeting my daily points total.  Weightwatchers gives me so many points, but my allotment is huge.  I generally feel like I’m overeating if I meet my daily points goal, so I generally fall under it.  This probably isn’t good, but I’ll live with it.

Bam! I am ahead of schedule. This week was really good–I’ve been maintaining the Weightwatchers diet pretty well.  The few times I went outside it with a meal I counteracted by having smaller meals the rest of the day. I’ve also been eating earlier dinners, which I think is a good thing because it gives the body more time to process the food before I turn into a dead log when I sleep.

I’ve also kept up exercising every day this week.  I’ve either walked or wii’d each day.  Twice I even did both, which is part of why I think I did so well this week.  I think I was motivated because I knew I would splurge later today during the Superbowl, so doing good this week was to counteract what I suspect will be a poor start this week.

So far, so good.  I actually cracked 317 earlier in the week (I generally weigh myself every day in order to keep up with my progress), but I ended up eating out twice this week, which took its toll.  The first night I think I did okay in not overindulging, but the second night there was pizza on the menu and I couldn’t resist!  It will be a continual struggle for me to eat healthy when going out.

I’ve also been pretty good about exercising.  I either spend a half hour on the Wii or a half hour walk each day.  I credit that effort with the good results this week, and the fact I still managed to lose after overindulging myself two nights in a row!

I’m going good, but I’m still hovering around the 320s.  I’d like to drop a bit more before I start to believe any changes are for real.  I did get 30 minutes on the Wii Friday, but I missed Saturday.  Saturday was a bit of a splurge day since I went out to dinner and  a movie with my aunts.  I have to convince myself to eat healthier when I eat out rather than splurging!  I’ll do better next time.
