Last week: 218.0 lbs.
This week: 215.8 lbs.
Change: -2.2 lbs.
Total Change: -111.2 lbs / 2012 Change: -9.2

Waist: 39.5 in. / Change: none / Total Change: -2.0 in.
Body Fat: 24.7% / Change: -1% / Total Change: -0.6%

Back on the weight loss train! I’ve been seesawing a lot more this year, but that’s to be expected I would say. This is now officially Spring Break starting tomorrow, and I’m planning on getting some serious exercising done. Or some serious fun. We’ll see! Things are definitely looking up at the moment, I would say.
